ment Distriot No. 80 in the City of Auburn, in pursuanoe of
Ordinanoe No. 546, passed October 'I, 1924, and providing for the
disposition of moneys colleoted on said assessment.
WHEREAS due notioe has been given that ob~eotions to the
assessment aDd assessment roll hereinafter mentioned would be
heard and determined by the City Counoil at the City Hall, auburn,
Washington, on the 3d day of lla2:ch, 1925, at 8 0' clock p. m., at
which time the Oity Council would meet to hear appeals and ob-
3ections of any and all persons olaiming to be aggrieved by sa1c1.

WHEBEAS the Oi ty Council has carefully examined and con-
sidered suoh assessment and assessment ro11 aDi is now fully
advised in the premises; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN
DO OImArN AS IOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll
oertified to the City Oouncil on the 3d d~ of Februar.y, 1925,
by the Streets and Alleys Committee and Oi ty Engineer 0 f the
City of Aubum for the coats of the improvement of that portion
of C Street N. W. situate between Main Street West and Third
Street N. W.,and of that portion of D street N. W. situate
between Main Street West and Third Street N. W., and of that
portion of Third street N. W. Bltuate between the West marginal.
line of the Taooma..Seattle right 0 f wa" of the Northern Paoific
Railway Company and D Street N. W., aU in the City o.f Aubum,
bY' the grading, paving am curbing of said portions of C Street
N. W., D Street N. W. and Third Street N. W., and by the doing
of other work incidental thereto, oonstituting Local Improvement
District No. 80, in the City of Auburn, in pursuance of Ordinanoe
No. 546 of said ci ty, passed October", 1914, and the levy am
charge of the cost of said improvement as shown upon the assess..
ment roll and thereby apportioned upon the adjoining, contiguous
and approximate lots and parcels of land specially benefited,
in aooordanoe with the laws of the state of Washington and
Ordinance No. 546 of the City of Auburn, are hereby approved and
confirmed in all respeots, and the City Treasurer is hereby
directed to oollect said assessment which ~ be paid without
interest, penalty or oosts within 30 days after due notice shall
have been given to the owners of the property within said assess..
ment distriot by publioation in the manner provided by law, am
if said assessments be not paid within said 30 days from the
date of the first publioation of said notioe, the same shall
bear interest thereafter at the rate of ., per oent. per annum.
Section 2. The moneys colleoted upon said assessment, ap..
proved ani confirmed by this Ordinance, are he~eby o1'dered to be
placed in Local Improvement Fund, Distriot No. 80, the special
fund created by Ordinance No. 546, and all warrants drawn and
bonds issued for the p~ent of said improvement shall be issued
on am p~able only out of said local improvement furJd:

Seotion 3. This Ordinanoe shall take effect and be in foroe
five days from and after its passage, approval and publioation
as required by law.
