AN ORDIIUJ~CJ:!l: Designating certain streets and avenues in the
City of Auburn as Arterial Main Traveled riighways, approving ~aps
showing suc~ highways, and directing that one of such ~aps be filed
wi tb tl: e City Clerk and that another of such ,.laps be f lleel.vi tb the
state Director of Traffic; providing that the operator of any motor
vehicle entering uIJon an .arterial Mb.irl Traveled .d:iS~\V8.J" from a public
or private highway, road, street, way or drive-way, shall yield the
right-of-way to vehicles on such Arterial nighway and shall corne to a
full stop thereat when and where signs, posts or other l~arkers so
direct or irlcticate; and providi.ng renalties for violations hereof.

SECTIon 4. ~'hat any person who shu.ll violate the provisions of
~eution 3 of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punisbed by a fine in any sum
no t exceed ing Three uundred Dollars (:;.;300.00).
SECTION 5. That this urdinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days from and after its passage, 'approval and publication
as required by law.
