Section 1. The words "intoxicating liquor", whenever
use1 in this ordinance, shall be beld and construed to include whiskey,
brand~)7, gin, rum~ wine, ale, beer and any spirituous, vinious, fermetl-
ted or malt liquor~ and every other liquor or liquid containing in-
toxicating properties, which is capable O'f being used as a beverage.
Section 2. The word "person", wherever used in this
ordinance, shall be held and construed to mean and include natural
persons, firms, co..parternships I.md corporations, and all associations
of natural persons, whether acting by themeelves or by a servant,
agent or employee.
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for al~ person other than
a regularly ord~ined clergYillan, priest or Rabbi actually engaged in
ministering t3 a l'6ligious congregation, to have in his l)OSsession
any illtoxictiting liquor otber th.'J.n alcohol; and it shall be v.nlawful
for any person to manufacture, sell, barter, or exchange, give away,
furnish or other7ise dispose of, an;y intoxicating liquor, except as
provided b~7 this ordinance or by the laws of the State of Washington.
