AN ORDINANCE repealing Ord :lnance No. 251 of the ordinances
of the City of Auburn entitled "An ordinanoe relating to intoximating
liquors, defining certain misdemeanors and providing a penalty there-
for".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOI'S:
section 1. That ordinance No. 251 of the ordinances of the
City of Auburn, entitled "An ord :lnance relating to intoxioating liquors,
defining certain misdemeanors and providing a penalty therefor",
passed and approved January 19, 1916, be, and the same hereby is re-
pealed.
section 2. That this ordinanoe shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its J:Qssage, approval and publioation
as required by law.
