Time: 8:05 A.M.
Place: City Hall Annex Building, Conference Rooml, Second Floor
A quorum was established and a motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of September 15, 2010
meeting.
Old Bnsiness:
Primary Storage of Non-Aeronaatical Items in Condo Hangars:

Airport Management reports the tenant with non-aeronautical items has removed the items and left the airport as
of October 10, 2010.
New Business:
Letter from NW Skyraiders: Peter Ferguson of Northwest Skyraiders presented a handout which was
discussed.. Mr. Ferguson and Mr.. Garcia will review the plan details before the next meeting.
Noise and Airborne Complaint Form: Mr. Peloza and Mr. Garcia have revised the noise complaint form so it is
,
user friendly and can be completed online. Complaints received by the City of Auburn and/or Airport Management can
then be forwarded to the FAA.
Resignation of Tom Matson from AAB: Tom Matson has submitted his resignation from the Airport Advisory
Boazd. Ms.Coleman will advise Mayor Lewis of the vacancy in the AAB.
The matrix was reviewed and discussed.
