A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTOR, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4670
PASSED DECEMBER 20, 2010, RELATING TO THE STANDING
COMMITTEES OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN
WHEREAS, the Auburn City Council Operations Committee designates the
formation and membership of the standing committees of the City Council, subject to
the :approval of a majority of the City Council; and
. WHEREAS, the Council Operations Committee conducted a meeting on
INlarch 8, 2011, at which -time the Committee approved modifications to the
membership on the City` Council Downtown Redevelopment Committee and , recommended the City CounciPs adoption of the same.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section Section 2(F) of Resolution No..4670 relating to the designation of
.Downtown Redevelopment Committee.members, powers and duties is amended as
follows

SCOPE: Makes recommendations to the City Councii as a.
- whole on policies relating to development in the
Downtown Urban Core, downtown development
agreements and operating policies. This
Committee will serve as the CounciPs liaison for
, the Aubum Downtown Association, the Business
Improvement Area Board and the Urban Core Task
Force.
Secfion 2.. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force and effect
upon passage and signature hereon. `
