A motion was made by Mr. Osborne and seconded by Mr. Jones to accept the Minutes of the April 20, 2011 meering,
Old Business:
Northwest Skyraiders
The Gity of Auburn legal department has reviewed the Memo of Understanding. Suggested changes will be
incorporated into the document Mr. Garcia will send the original letter of request from Northwest Skyraiders to `
Airport Advisory Board Members. Mr. Pete Ferguson will be invited to the next AAB meeting.
State of Washington Dept of Ecology Inspecdon Chris Anderson, Environmental Protection Manager for the City of Aubucn states that the DOE will have to visit the
~ airport:and advise which area is suitable for water sampling which is not co,mingled.
U.S. EPA Air Monitoring Update
No update at this time.
Policy on "storage" and parldng of autos
A discussion on this suggested an administrative policy with a fee schedule needs to be established and approved by
council. By next AAB meeting a policy will be available for the board to review and vote on.
FAA Master Plan Update
Mr. Garcia. has contacted several companies regarding the Master PI'an update due by the end of the year. The update
would include what the airport wants tobe completed in the next 10`years. An economics report and Master. Plan will
be provided to AAB members at the next meeting: A separate visionary planning meeting to discuss airport
improvements was suggested.

Review of Matrlx for Airport Projects
Bob Jones will be added to item #3 onthe Matrix with Steve Burke.
Open Discussion
Mr. Garcia will give a briefing to Municipal Services about the Airport 10 year plan at the June -1-3*-151h meeting.
