Approval of Minutes:
A motion was made and seconded to accept the Airport Advisory Board Minutes of November 19, 2012.
Old Business:
Waitlist Update: The revised hangar waitlist document was reviewed and approved by the Airport Advisory Board
for immediate use.
New Business:
New $15 off Open T for Transient: Airport Management Group proposed a $15.00 reduction (per night) when
renting an open T hangar (subject to availability). This as a "promotion" instead of policy. The AAB voted the "promo"
be approved and revisited next year.
Discussion Items:
Northwest Aviation Conference & Trade Show 2013: Airport Management will be represented at the conference
February 23rd & 24t1, marketing the Auburn Municipal Airport for potential tenants. A suggestion was made to
distribute tickets to Airport Advisory Members and Auburn High School students. AMG will contact the Conference
and request the admission tickets.
The matrix was reviewed and revised accordingly.
