lEDINANCE NO. 763
AN ORDINANCE oreating and establishing a speoial
fund in the Treasury of the City of Auburn to be oalled "Seoondary
Highway Fund", providing tha.t all moneys to be paid to said oity from
the State "Motor Vehicle Fund" and from King County .Road and Br idge
l!'und oollections eha.ll be oredited to said Seoondary Highway Fund,
and direoting the City Clerk to procure proper speo 1&1 forms of
vouohers and warrants to be drawn against said Seoondary Highway
l'und for disbursements therefrom. . ,. -
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO CRDAIN AS
FOLLOOS:
Section 1. Tha.t there is hereby oreated and established
in the Treasury of the City of Auburn a speoial fund to be oalled
lISeoondary Highway Fundll. and that all moneys to be paid to .the City
of Auburn from the state "Motor Vehiole Fund" and from King County
Road and Bridge Fund oollections sha.ll be oredited to ~id Seoondary

Seotion 2. That the C1 ty Clerk of the City of Auburn
is hereby direoted to procure proper speo1a.l forms of vouchers and
warrants to be drawn against said Seoondary Highway lund for disburse-
ments therefrom.
