ORDINANCE NO. 769
AN ORDINANCE: Approving and accepting, on behalf of the
City of Auburn, a oertain written deed of Gonveyanoe from William A.
Neeley, et al. to the City of Auburn at portions of Lots 31, 32. 33, 34
and 35 of Riverview Addition to the City of Auburn, for publio alley
purposes. and for no other purpose; direoting that said deed of oonvey-
anoe be filed for reoord with the County Auditor of King County,
Washington; and establishing the lands thereby oonveyed as a public
alley.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C.ITY OF AUBLlRN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. That that oertain deed at o onveyanGe, dated
April 6. 1936. wherein William A. Neeley. Aaron S. Neeley. Jr. and
Lenore Dolan are grantors and the City of Auburn is grantee. and
whereby the grantors therein oonvey and warrant to the City of
Auburn. for the purpose at a publio alley, and no other purpose, the
tollowing desoribed real estate. situate in the County'qf King, State
of Washingt on: '
The west 17.73 feet less the north 100 feet thereof of Lot 30;
The east 7.27 feet less the north 116 feet, of Lot 31;
also the south 16 feet of the north 116 feet of the east.
67.27 feet of said lot 31; also the west 17.73 feet of
lot 32; also the west 25 feet of the east 207.27 feet of
lots 33. 34 and 35; all of and in Riverview Addition to
the City of Auburn, King County. WaShington;
and whioh deed at oonveyanoe has been tendered by said grantors to the
City of Auburn, be, and the same hereby is, approved and acoepted by
the City of Auburn.
Seotion 2. That the City Clerk be and he hereby is instruot-
ed to file said deed of oonveyance tor reoord with the County Auditor of
King County. Washington.

ance and obnveyed is hereby established as a publio alley.
