A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,. TRANSFER ING THE SUM OF

"LOCAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, DISTRICT NO. 155", ON A LOAN BASIS, TO
PROVIDE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR ADVANCE PAYMENTS DUE IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, 'it has become necessary to transfer certain budgeted funds
within the 1964 Budget of the City of Auburn, to provide necessary funds
.. for the advance,= payments presently due in Local Improvement District No..
155 of the City; and•,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn has det.erm i ned that
such transfer wi 1 I be -in the best interest of the cit izens of the City of
Auburn;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBUI?N, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of 4,500.00 from the "Parking Meter Fund" of the City of
,Auburn -to the "Local Improvement Fund, District No, 155" of the City of
Auburn, on a loan basis, to provide necessary funds for the advance payments
presently due in said local improvement district .
Section 2 . . That that sum transfered hereinabove, including accrued
interest at the rate of 3% per annum, shall be re-paid to the "Parking
Meter Fun'd" of the City of Auburn as 'soon as mon ie.s therefor , become ava i I a-
ble from the sale of bonds in the 'Local Improvement District No. 155,
pursuant to the provisions of Ord in'ance 'N6. 1652 of the ordinances of the
City of Auburn, Washington., as amended.
