A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON DECLARING
CERTAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn owns a vehicle that has been replaced and is no
longer needed for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the vehicle and dispose of it by
donating it to the Auburn Food Bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the
Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through donation to the
Auburn Food Bank.

Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall fake effect and be in full force upon
passage and signatures hereon,
