APPROVAL OF MINUTES:A motion was made and seconded to adopt the Advisory Board minutes of May 11,2016. PRESENTATIONS AND ROUTINE REPORTS: 1.FOLLOW UP ON PUBLIC COMMENiS FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:none . .. ._ _ _. ._ .. . . . ... CURRENT PROJECTS: 2. AIRPORT BRANDING: Mr.Snyder reported that next week the airport and City Multimedia staff are meeting to discuss implementation of the Airport logo. 3. ROW 3 HANGAR IMPROVEMENT:Should be closed out by the end of September2016. 4.AIRPORT ASPHALT REPAIR AND SEAL:Sealcoat has been closed out. _ . .. 5. RUNWAY ENHANCEMENT—ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT: Mr.Snyder reported that the FAA is requiring some additional work before moving on to the design and scope of work. 6.JET A FUEL SERVICE AT AUBURN:City staff is continuing to look at different alternatives from tempora:ry storage(truck)or to permanent storage(tank)as it relates to the Department of Ecology requirements and the related cost invbiVed. 7.ON-GOING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: No report 8.AGIS STUDY:Puget Sound Regional Council,WSDOT-Ayiation and FAA continue moving forward.The ground and flight surveys have been completed. BOARD GUIDANCEAND INFORMATION ITEMS: 9.AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT: Mr. Maiorca reported on the numerous noise complaints received this month which were generated by the training operations being conducted 6y King County Sh:errifs Department.A foliow up email will be sent to all citizens that contacted the airport. A discussion ensued regaYding bringing back the project matrix:AAB requested that AMG prepare a matrix to be used for future meetings. AAB member asked for an update on the Airport Management RFP. Mr.Snyder advised the City receiyeil one proposal from AMG and the City is reviewing the proposal.
