APPROVAL OF MINUTES:A motion was made a.nd seconded to adopt the Advisory Board minutes of November 16, 2017
PRESENTATIONS AND ROUTIINE REPORTS:
1. FOLLOW UP ON PUBUC COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:none
2. Finance Director Coleman presented a draft of the airport working capital statement summary for 2016.
BOARD ACTION ITEMS:
3.STRATEGIG BUSINESS PLAN:A discussion regarding implementation ofthe Strategic Business Plan.A special
meeting is scheduled for February 22, 2017. Mr.Snyder and AMG ag"reed to prepare a draft work plan for 2017.
Deliverables from the original strategic plan.
4.AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT:The Airport Manager's report was not reviewed since the items were
previou.sly discussed.
5.BOARD MEMBER STATUS: Mr. Snyder reported that council has approved the Mayor appointment of Mark
Kornei and Dianna Clark to the AAB.
6.REVIEW OF MATRIX: The Matrix was reviewed. Items added; were Hanger header beams,wildlife hazard/
trees. Items closed were the hangar row 3 improvements.
