IfVTRODUCTIONS:
Chairman John Theisen welcomed attendants.
APPROVAL OF MIIVUTES:A motion was made and seconded to accept the Advisory Board minutes of
March 15,2017.
PRESENTATIONS AND ROUTINE REPORTS: None
1. FOLLOW UP ON PUBLIC COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:None
BOARD ACTION ITEMS: None
BOARD DISCUSSION ITEMS: Airport Secucity Strategies—Due to recent issues at the Airport a
discussion of different methods to provide for heightened security on and in the vicinity ofthe
� Airport. It was discussed to contact the Auburn Police Department to do a sunrey of the Airport
and include airport businesses. AMG will contact the police Department to schedule the survey.
Additionally City Staff will surveythe Airport forthe possibility of video surveillance.
Mr.Snyder reviewed temporary Jet-A Fuef Pilot Program. During the discussion, Mr. Garcia
offered another option of a possible joint venture with Cascade Helicopter Servicesto provide
the Jet A Fuel in cooperation with the City. AMG and Cascade will meet to discuss the
possibilities of a Joint Venture
Mr.Snyder reviewed the updated 2017 strategic business plan. Future AAB meetings will
include specific items from the strategic plan as agenda items.
