ORDINANCE No . 196 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF TYNDALE AVENUE <br /> IN THE TO\TN OF AUBURN-, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON. <br /> v.. <br /> WHEREAS heretofore, to—grit : on the 15th day of April, A .D. , <br /> 1912, all of the owners of property fronting on the north and south <br /> sides of that portion of Tyndale Avenue, situate between Brannan <br /> Street and Thompson Street in Auburn, King County, Washington, <br /> caused to be filed in the office of the town clerk of the town of <br /> Auburn a petition, addressed to the Mayor and Town Council of said <br /> town, praying that the following portions of Tyndale Avenue, in <br /> the Town of Auburn, King County, Washington, particularly bounded <br /> and described as follows, to—wit : -- <br /> Beginning at a point on the east boundary line of Brannan <br /> Street in the town of Auburn, 14.11 feet west of the Southwest <br /> corner of Block 2 of Milner, King County, W.T. , running thence <br /> south along the said east line of Brannan Street for a distance <br /> of ten feet to a point, thence east •along a line parallel With <br /> and ten feet distance from the south lite of said Block 2 to <br /> a point ten feet east and ten feet south of the Southeast <br /> corner of said Block 2, thence north a distance of ten feet to <br /> a point ten feet east •o.f:-the Southeast corner of said Block 2, <br /> thence west along the south line of said Block 2 to the point <br /> and place of beginning; Also beginning at a point on the east <br /> boundary line of Brannan Street in the Town of Auburn, 13 .06 <br /> feet west of the Northwest corner of Block 5 of Milner, King <br /> County, W.T. , running thence north a distance of ten feet to a <br /> point, thence east along a line parallel with the north line of <br /> said Block 5 and ten feet distance therefrom to a point ten <br /> feet north and ten feet east of the northeast corner of said <br /> Block 5 , thence south a distance of ten feet to a point ten <br /> feet east of the northeast corner of said Block 5, thence west <br /> along the north line of said Block 5 to the point and place of <br /> beginning, <br /> in the Town of Auburn, King County, Washington, ' be vacated; that <br /> the ordinance vacating the same shall provide that the title to <br /> said portions of Tyndale Avenue so vacated shall vest in the owner <br /> of the abutting property; and that the Town Council of said the <br /> Town of Auburn pass a resolution fixing a time and place when and <br /> where said petition should be heard and determined, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the council of said The Town of Auburn, at a regular <br /> meeting thereof duly held on the 1st day of May, A.D. , 1912, at the <br /> —1— <br />
