Chairman John Theisen welcomed attendants.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:A motion was made and seconded to accept the Advisory Board minutes of
April 19,2017
PRESENTATIONS AIVD ROUTINE REPORTS: Mone
1. FOLLOW UP ON PUBUC COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS MEETING:None
BOARD ACTION ITEMS: Provision of Temporary Jet A Fuel Service at the Auburn Municipal
Airport was tabled until June 21,2017 meeting.
BOARD DISCUSSION ITEMS; Mr.Garcia discussed Jet-A Fuel Pilot Program as the joint venture
with Cascade Helicopter's in cooperation with the City. AMG and Cascade will provide a
proposal that will include"Deal Points" along with locafions&cost of Storage Containment
Container for the next meeting June 21, 2017.
Mr.Snyder reviewed the updated 2017 strategic business plan. Future AAB meetings will
include specific items from the strategic plan as agenda items.
BOARD GUIDENCE AND INFORMATION ITEMS:
AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT: Noise Complaints,Oceupancy and Current Fuel Prices and
tenant survey were discussed.
REVIEW OF MATRIX: Matrix was reviewed.
